How to Get Your Domain Authorization Code (EPP Code) Print

If you ever need to transfer your domain name from our system to another registrar, you’ll be asked for something called an Authorization Code (also known as an EPP Code). Think of it like a password that protects your domain from unauthorized transfers.

Here’s how to get it easily from your client area.

Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area

Go to our Client Portal and sign in with your registered email and password.
(If you’ve forgotten your password, just click “Forgot Password” to reset it.)

Step 2: Go to Domains

Once logged in:

1. Click Domains in the top menu.
2. Then choose My Domains from the dropdown.

You’ll now see a list of all the domains you’ve registered with us.

Step 3: Choose the Domain

Find the domain name you want to transfer and click the Manage Domain button next to it.

This opens the domain management page, where you can update nameservers, renewal settings, and more.

Step 4: Request the EPP Code

Scroll down and look for the Get EPP Code or Request Authorization Code option.
Click it.

In most cases, the code will be displayed instantly on your screen.

Step 5: Check Your Email (if needed)

If you don’t see the code on the screen, check your inbox — and make sure to check your spam or junk folder too.
The email will usually come from the domain registrar or our system and will contain your unique transfer code.

Important Notes

Your domain must be unlocked before a transfer can be completed. You can also do this from the same domain management page.

If your domain was registered less than 60 days ago, most registrars won’t allow it to be transferred yet — that’s an ICANN rule.

Keep your EPP code private; it’s essentially the “key” to your domain.
